Rock Bottom Barre

This "boot-camp" take on ballet barre work will leave your bottom screaming and your heart signing. Set to up beat music, the class progresses through standing work at the barre (plies, squats, leg raises), Pilates Mat work, cardio, and upper body resistance exercises. No part of the body is left out!


Pilates Mat

Classes begin with a warm up and introduction to the Pilates principles, and progress through a full mat repertoire with options for beginner, intermediate and advanced clients. If you have serious back or neck issues, or any other special concerns, please contact the studio to ensure this class is right for you.


Intermediate Pilates Mat

Classes begin with a brieft warm up before diving right in to the intermediate Pilates mat repertoire. This class is must faster in pace than our all-levels Pilates mat, and though corrections are always made, you must have a solid foundation in Pilates
principles to attend this class.


Reformer 1
Orientation Required
This class is appropriate for beginner students, and students with moderate experience. Expect a challenge even in the most simple of movements, and expect more challenge as you gain
better understanding of how to engage the correct
muscles for each movement.


Reformer 2
Orientation Required
This class is appropriate for students with moderate to lengthy experience with Pilates. The basics are always covered, but choreography begins to increase and vary in Reformer II. Expect exercises that involve inversion and an ability to support one’s body weight in a plank position.


Reformer 3
Instructor Permission Required
This class is not appropriate for most students, even with lengthy experience with Pilates. Advanced choreography adds challenge, but students must have a strong base of knowledge in the fundamentals of Pilates prior to starting Reformer III. Please contact the studio to see if this class is an appropriate level for you.


Vinyasa Flow
All Levels Welcome
Vinyasa Flow brings together mindful flowing posture sequences with meditation and guided relaxation to promote both physical and emotional well being, while providing challenge to the body.


Reformer JUMP
Orientation Required
Take your reformer workout to the next level with cardio intervals. Working against spring resistance, the Jump Board allows a heart pounding workout with minimal impact on the knees, back and neck. Clients with ankle, knee, back or neck injuries should consider a private session with the Jump Board
prior to attending a group class.

Reformer Orientation
By Appointment - FREE
Orientation is required before attending group reformer classes, unless you have previous experience on the reformer (permission required). Orientation is 30 minutes and can be scheduled for up to 4 clients at the same time. Orientations are NOT required prior to private training sessions or Pilates mat sessions. Orientations are free of charge, but please respect our cancellation policies as you would any other appointment.


Our Policies

Please arrive to your class or appointment a few minutes early so that sessions may begin on time.

Registration is required for all Reformer Classes and highly encouraged for all other classes. If a class is full and you have not registered for it, you may not be able to attend the class.
If a class is cancelled or changed, and you are not signed up, we have no way to notify you.

Cell phones must be silenced during class, even if they are in the waiting area.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to not be charged for your session.
Though we offer 50 classes per week, many of our classes have wait lists and with adequate notice, we can ensure everyone gets in! Please do not ask us to make exceptions.

Cardio Barre
Take your barre workout to the next level with more faster choreography and non stop movement! All your favorite moves, plus tons of cardio. This class is not recommended for anyone with knee, ankle or back injuries.

Pilates Reformer/Tower Basics
No Orientation Necessary
This class is appropriate for beginner students, and students with moderate experience. Vinyasa Flow
           A creative form of yoga that harmonizes body movement with breath in a flowing format.  Postures are sequenced around sun salutations to help increase flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, and allow you to tune in to your body’s own rhythm.  All levels welcome, some experience suggested.


From The Mat
This is an all levels yoga class combined with meditation. **No late entrance as class begins with meditation.**


Relax and Renew
This All Levels yoga class is designed to slow down, breath, stretch, and relax. 75 minutes.


Blissfully Aligned
This carefully sequenced class is designed to bring students into both physical and emotional alignment.  Deep stretching and movement build through the class culminating in a pinnacle pose.  Challenging yet available to all levels.


Pilates BURN
All Levels Welcome
A Pilates Mat fusion, incorporating traditional Pilates Mat exercises for maximum core benefits sandwiched between challenging cardio intervals.
